Mom and I have so much fun everyday. I'm glad that she gets to stay home with me! Let me tell you about our day today. I woke up this morning around 7:45am which is what time I wake up most days. I usually talk to the toys in my room and sing songs while I am waking up. Mom heard me at 8am and came in and got me. She always says "baby Rowen...goodmorning" when she comes in to get me in the mornings. I eat breakfast right away. After my milk this morning, I had cereal. I really like it. It's oatmeal cereal with bananas.

After I ate my breakfast mom and I ran to Dunkin Doughnuts. She really likes their iced coffee. Starbucks is still her favorite but DD is a close second and they have a drive-through so we get to stay in the car the whole time.

It sure looks yummy but mommy says I have to wait until I get a lot older before I can try it.
When we got back from DD which roundtrip only takes about 10 minutes, I played for about 15 minutes and then started yawning...a alot. Mommy knows this means morning nap time! Before she puts me down for my nap, we read books. I love reading books and I'm glad we get to do this together!

Little Duckling
We usually read 2 or 3 books before nap time. I get really sleepy while she rocks and reads to me. I fall asleep really easily after she bounces me gently in her arms for a few minutes.
I enjoy napping. I slept for a little over an hour this morning :) I woke up around 11:30am.
When I wake up from my morning nap, mommy plays peek-a-boo with me. She is silly and it makes me squeal and giggle. We play lots of games during the day.
After playing for about 20 minutes, it was lunch time.
After my milk I had green peas and pears. I love fruits and veggies! Mommy and Daddy tell me that I'm a good eater. What's not to love?! They feed me delicious foods.
I'm an extra happy boy when I'm full. After lunch Mommy and I ran an errand. We went to Target just to look around for a bit. Mommy left with 2 dresses. She wanted more but settled for just the 2 for now :)

When we got back home we read more books together and I took my afternoon nap. I slept once again for a little more than an hour. I got up around 3:30pm.
When I got up, I played on my jumperoo for a little bit.
We also sat outside on the balcony for a bit and listened to the birds. I like to watch the leaves blowing on the trees and look at the flowers while we are out there too.
I took a bath before dinner time. I have my very own little bathtub. It looks like a duck and even quacks. I really like taking baths and always have. Mommy lets me play with these squirt toys before she washes me.
I'm a clean boy!
I got to play a little bit more before dinner. For dinner besides my milk, I had pears and cereal. It fills me up and keeps me full all night long. Mommy rocked me and then gently bounced me till I fell asleep. I'll sleep through the night until it's time to get up tomorrow morning around 8am. Whew! What a day!
